Done with the thorax, onto the abdomen. He has a nicely defined six-pack and nearly no abdominal fat. We also cut open the spermatic cords and traced downwards. Plainly put, we bissected his testicles. All the three guys in my team were crossing their legs and being squirmish through the whole dissection. Needless to say, I did most of the cutting. Human variation is striking. The testicles of the cadaver next to ours were nearly four times as large as those of our cadaver's. This led us to think that perhaps the built muscles and small testicles could have been together due to steroid intake.

Aside from dissection:

Today, I stood through 3 hours of dissection and then 4 hours of surgery straight, all running on 1 bowl of cereal and 2 cereal bars. Cereal. It's the new thing.

Also, today, I put in a Foley's catheter for a male patient under general anesthesia. I'll leave it up to you to read about what it is. Once again, boys, you just may not want to look this up.
