I seem to have developed excessive daytime sleepiness and perhaps narcolepsy. I cannot seem to stay awake for more than 2 hours at a time and fall asleep at all kinds of random times and places during the day. Not good.

On to today's lab: we cut open the abdominal wall, walked through his aromatic intestines, little stomach, a rock solid spleen, a missing gall bladder, and a nice and healthy liver. Then, we proceeded to spend 3 hours trying to clean up 5 vessels in the porta hepatis. I cannot say I am a big fan of the blunt dissection technique (its just so blunt), but I sure enjoy the cutting. If you need anything cut, please call me. Don't worry, I also had some practice carving/cutting the thanksgiving turkey.
