One of the most pleasant dissections to date. We flipped him over and did the gluteal section. Fresh blood and mushy muscles = poor preservation = looking forward to rotting smells. We dug down deep into the perineum. That was real joyful. The preservation fluid we poured on top was so strong I think my nose is now preserved.

The 12 minute presentation, covering the entire abdomen from front to back including all abdominal organs, muscles, nerves and vasculature, speaking pretty much without breathing at a faster speed than I have ever imagined I could, is done and done and done.

Now there is only one more thing lying between me and pretty much the start of my vacation: the final exam of thorax, abdomen, pelvis and perineum. Bring it on, baby.
